Spotify Platelist is a conceptual feature that reimagines music discovery as a more intentional and emotionally meaningful ritual. Instead of relying only on algorithm-driven playlists, it invites users to “plate” songs thoughtfully, curating tracks based on mood, context, and personal meaning. Designed to fit within Spotify’s ecosystem, Platelist encourages slower, more reflective listening by allowing users to arrange songs deliberately and add light context, such as emotions or memories tied to each track.
